Upon arrival, he noticed there were some spots that he wouldn't be able to get out and asked us how we wanted to solve the problem. We came to an agreement and moved forward with the cleaning. He even left a bottle of cleaner for the couch that was safe for the baby if more spots are generated by our now baby-centered household. I would highly recommend his service.

I thought this was so sweet and thoughtful! He came and looked was so nice and clear about everything he do. So we set up for two days later. He was on time and ready to go. He even provided feet coverings to my son and I!!!! He took maybe a hour tops, and I walked out and everything looked beautiful! Wow, I definitely would recommend Miguel for the job.   I don't write too many reviews, but I had to write this one about Miguel's service from United Carpet Care.  We had a pretty bad pet stains in our carpet... read more in our sun room.  I got a few estimates but decided to go with United based on great reviews by others.  It was, by far, the best experience I had.  He showed up promptly, explained the process and finished the work in about an hour.  He even cleaned our rug at no extra charge.  Carpet looks great and I am so impressed with his work and his customer service.  Thanks Miguel.  You made a customer for life!
